Brazil Housing Authority

Numerous projects for the Brazil Housing Authority have been completed over the past 15 years, at their three high rise buildings, and family town homes developments. High Rise improvements vary from the main entrance canopy replacement, to roof replacement, or to providing tempered air to all internal corridors, as well as kitchen and restroom demolition and re-design of three one-bedroom units into two renovated units, to meet current ADA/504 requirements. A new playground area was installed at the town homes development, while residential units were upgraded with new furnaces, shingle roofs, and windows, along with kitchen remodels replacing cabinetry and countertops.
