Niles Housing Commission

With a history of collaborating on projects since 1983, the Niles Housing Commission has recently completed several projects varying in scope from complete elevator replacement and renovations, installation of new high-efficiency boilers and water heaters at the Gateway Plaza High Rise, coupled with a new aluminum storefront entry door sequence and security camera system. 2009 ARRA projects were completed at this location and the Commission’s scattered site homes, as well as Energy Audits and Needs Assessments.
