This facility includes an 8,180 s.f. engineering/office area and a 164,000 s.f. manufacturing plant.  The office area incorporates insulated skylights into a custom designed standing seam roof.  The plant area is constructed with earth bermed walls up to 8’, with upper walls having insulated metal panels.  The site has a 1.5 acre retention pond to utilize storm water as a heating and cooling source, for a high efficiency, environmentally sensitive water source heat pump system.
